Word shortcut keys


Microsoft Word has many shortcut keys that can help you navigate and format documents more efficiently. Some commonly used shortcut keys include:


  • Ctrl + C to copy selected text
  • Ctrl + V to paste text
  • Ctrl + X to cut selected text
  • Ctrl + Z to undo an action
  • Ctrl + A to select all text
  • Ctrl + B to bold selected text
  • Ctrl + I to italicize selected text
  • Ctrl + U to underline selected text
  • Ctrl + Y to redo an action
  • Ctrl + S to save the document
  • Ctrl + P to print the document

These are just a few examples, there are many other shortcuts that can be used depending on the task you are trying to accomplish.
